Meet Tina White, the visionary behind Harper Phoenix Interfaith, Inc. Born and raised in Queens, NY, Tina's commitment to her community runs deep. For over 13 years, she has served as a Real Estate Broker, guiding countless individuals through the journey from homelessness to homeownership. Witnessing firsthand the struggles faced by her fellow New Yorkers, Tina is now leveraging her expertise to make a difference in the nonprofit sector serving as the Executive Director of Harper Phoenix Interfaith, Inc.

Having traveled the world and navigated the diverse neighborhoods of New York City, Tina brings a unique perspective to her work. Despite living in one of the wealthiest cities in the nation, she recognizes the stark reality that many of our neighbors still struggle with food insecurity and lack access to fresh, nutritious food. With an abundance of food banks and grocery stores in the area, Tina has observed the limited availability of organic produce and the prevalence of processed foods lacking in nutritional value.

Driven by her passion for community empowerment, Tina founded Harper Phoenix Interfaith with a mission to foster sustainable development and economic empowerment in underserved areas, particularly in Jamaica, New York. The organization is dedicated to creating a transformative impact by offering targeted programs that address diverse needs within the community.

Harper Phoenix Interfaith's initiatives span a wide range of programs, tackling critical challenges such as food insecurity, homelessness, and lack of financial literacy. By forging strategic partnerships with local farmers, businesses, and community organizations, Tina and her team aim to provide hands-on access to fresh food, promote financial literacy, and offer stable housing for families in need.
